👣Texas Vein Institute is nothing less than professional and patient oriented. From consolidation scheduling and date of procedure, Fina, Kay, Erin, and Dr. K Johnson treated me with great care. You’re in great hands with 🏼🧑🏼‍⚕️Dr. Johnson, who takes the time to explain the procedure and date of procedure, is advised of what to expect prior to the action. He goes above and beyond and really cares for his patience. His bed side manner is excellent and is curtious and cautious. His persistent on getting it right for the betterment of your overall health. He speaks on your level and just a phone call away to clarify any questions or concerns. Getting all procedures done in same week. The medical assistant Monica is so very knowledgeable having 11 years in this industry. Monica puts patient first. She treated me so ❤️‍ well. And of course Dr Johnson was top notch. I was walking in with a walker and by the end of my procedures left walking out on my own two feet 🐾. Ms Fina is so great moving and advancing to another well deserved position. Fina’s knowledge is both welcoming and reassuring. She is able to explain procedures from the beginning to the end. She always returns your calls promptly and does so with a wonderful smile I had a total of 8 procedures. All the MAs facility and staff is amazing. Letty, Angie, and Rosie were amazing. Tiffany and Esmeralda front office facility are amazing. Ultrasound specialist Jasper and Kimberly is so informative and too extra care of me. Right hand man Ashley nurse practitioner always melts your worries away with an amazing smile. You can’t go wrong with this amazing facility.

The staff was amazing and caring. They actually laughed at my jokes, that’s the amazing part. The doctor I saw, Dr. Carl Fastabend, was very good at explaining what all was going on with me. They made the visit a most pleasant one for sure. I Definitely look forward to all my future visits with them.

All personnel were friendly and professional, and I was seen right at my appointment time which is always appreciated!
